You will receive a fair cash offer drawn on a standard contract that is used by licensed Realtors®, but without paying a commission of up to 6 percent that a Realtor® would charge.  In addition, we pay all closing costs (2-3% of the sales price) resulting in 10 % or more in savings on these 2 items alone.
