Yes, you can do the work yourself — if you have the financial resources, time, and an address book of your best friend rehabbing contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, painters, flooring contractors, landscapers, concrete contractors, basement crack sealers, dumpster providers and materialmen at the ready.

You will receive a fair cash offer drawn on a standard contract that is used by licensed Realtors®, but without paying a commission of up to 6 percent that a Realtor® would charge. In addition, we pay all closing costs (2-3% of the sales price) resulting in 10 % or more in savings on these 2 items alone. No appraisal or home inspection or loan approval to worry about.
